Fears that HS2 rail will see investors favour Manchester over Liverpool

TRANSPORT authority Merseytravel has said that although it welcomes a new high speed rail link to Manchester, it fears the upgrade could leave Liverpool out of the loop when it comes to inward investment, TheBusinessDesk.com reported today.
