Omega Warrington wins new planning consent

Omega Warrington, a joint venture between RBS Real Estate Asset Management and Miller Developments, was last night granted outline planning consent by Warrington Borough Council for 2.1m sq ft of logistics and manufacturing space at its 575-acre mixed-use regeneration project in Warrington.
