BGC Partners lets 130,000 sq ft at Canary Wharf scheme

Global brokerage and financial technology company BGC Partners has signed a lease to occupy around 130,000 sq ft at 5 Churchill Place, in Canary Wharf.

BGC Partners will bring together operations from its two current Canary Wharf locations at 1 Churchill Place and 40 Bank Street to the 12-storey office, which will become its UK headquarters when it moves in 2019.
