South Korean consortium buys Microsoft HQ

Microsoft

Investment manager Valesco Group and South Korean asset manager AIP Asset Management (formerly known as FG Asset Management) have exchanged contracts to buy Microsoft’s UK headquarters in Reading for £100m.

The partners, backed by South Korean investors, have acquired the 246,138 sq ft campus from Solutus and FI Real Estate Management at a net initial yield of 6.6%.
