Former Network Rail head of property joins board of Parliamentary Estate

Graham Garbis Parliamentary Estate

Former British Film Institute head of estates and Network Rail head of property Graham Garbis has been appointed to a non-executive role at the joint investment board of the Parliamentary Estate.

Garbis has more than 37 years’ experience in operational property asset management, which has spanned consultancy, the corporate world and not-for-profit sectors, including 17 years as director of property and Development at Railtrack and Network Rail.
