Irish firm Lisney has announced the promotion of five new divisional directors including two new residential leads.

In the residential division Aoife Hanlon, who specialises in residential lettings and management, will take over as head of department in January while Robyn Espey will head up the residential sales division, based in the Dun Laoghaire office.

The other three new directors work in the advisory division with Jason O’Neill specialising on large loan book and asset valuations, Helen Callaghan on secured lending instructions and Daniel Cahill working on portfolio valuations.
