  • Roseanne Falconer, formerly of Cushman & Wakefield, has become a surveyor in the Bristol office of Lambert Smith Hampton.
  • Jacob Moore has become a surveyor in the agency team based at GVA’s Cardiff office.
  • Bmor has hired Stephanie Gibb, formerly of St James’s Place Wealth Management, to head its completions and quality control department. Gibb has wide experience in the property and finance industries.
  • Steve Howling has left Fidelity Worldwide Investment to become chief investment officer at fledgling real estate investor Quoin Club, which he co-founded.
  • LaSalle Investment Management has promoted Chris Zeuner to head of acquisitions, central northern and southern Europe.
  • Former Gleeds director Ross Evans is now special projects director at Spitfire Bespoke Homes.
  • Innes England has appointed Dave Seymour as an assistant building surveyor. Based in Nottingham, Seymour will work on projects across the East Midlands.
  • Anna Hansen has joined Eric Young & Co from CBRE as a surveyor in its retail agency team.
  • CBRE has appointed Aleksandra (Sasha) Njagulj as an associate director in its sustainability consultancy. She is an architect with over 15 years’ experience in design, design management and sustainable construction.
  • Kim Ebling and Lee Mansfield have joined the Manchester office of architect Corstorphine + Wright as directors.
  • Place Partnership has announced three senior appointments. Robert Fuzesi will help drive initiatives across the Midlands alongside fellow newcomer Chris Bentley. Building surveyor Colin Hale has also joined.
  • Magali Thomson has been promoted to director at Marks Barfield Architects, restoring the firm’s 50/50 staff gender balance at director level.
  • Jo Green is now responsible for mobilising LSL Property Services’ growth strategy in her new post as the firm’s director of PRS client services.
  • Montagu Evans has made two senior hires. Chris Keen joins as a partner in the retail and leisure team to start a new supermarket sector specialism at the firm, while John Prestwich has joined the firm as consultant, retail property management, after four years at CBRE.
  • Savills has made Philipe Fischer, formerly of BNP Paribas Real Estate, a director in its German investment team and Petr Machula head of its property management team in the Czech Republic. The company has made 242 promotions in the UK and 76 in continental Europe.
