A neighbour has been crossing my land to access his property. he is now claiming a right to park on my land too, in addition to his existing access rights. Can he do this?

Be wary if your neighbour has been parking on your land and it is the only access to his property. If parking isn’t available on his property, he may successfully claim a right to park on your land.
