Question: My tenants regularly dispute their service charge. What can I do to reduce the time it takes to resolve or the number of challenges I receive?

If you are confident that your service charges are fair, there are two things that you can do. One is to adopt the RICS code of practice, service charges in commercial property, which encourages methods to achieve best practice, such as benchmarks and training.
