Plans in for new skyscraper next to Gherkin


The owners of the Gherkin in the City of London have submitted a planning application to build a “public cultural attraction” next to the famous skyscraper.

J Safra Group, along with architects Foster + Partners, have lodged the plans with the City of London for the 305.3-metre tall building called The Tulip.
