Auction house believes investors still aim ‘substantial firepower’ at retail assets despite high street’s woes
The commercial auction house is selling 91 lots, just shy of the 93 on offer in October last year. Together, they produce an annual rental income of £5m. The catalogue features several retail properties with guide prices above the £1m mark.
Acuitus founder and auctioneer Richard Auterac said that investors in the auction room hadn’t turned their back on retail property despite all the negative headlines this year.
