Acuitus offers two shopping centres at major discounts

Hunters Row Stafford Acuitus

Asking price for Hunters Row and The Forum in Staffordshire slashed as retail sector continues to struggle.

Arrowsmith Properties bought Hunters Row from Aviva for £5m in 2015, while The Forum, which is owned by an undisclosed major fund manager, was offered at auction by Acuitus in 2016 with a guide price of £3m but did not sell.

If sold for their asking prices, the transactions would reflect yields of 14.5% and 16.4% respectively.
