Asking price for Hunters Row and The Forum in Staffordshire slashed as retail sector continues to struggle.
Arrowsmith Properties bought Hunters Row from Aviva for £5m in 2015, while The Forum, which is owned by an undisclosed major fund manager, was offered at auction by Acuitus in 2016 with a guide price of £3m but did not sell.
If sold for their asking prices, the transactions would reflect yields of 14.5% and 16.4% respectively.
