Barnard Marcus sold 133 lots from the 215 offered at its first auction of the year on 5 February.
The total raised was £23m, up from the £21m raised last February.
However, the success rate was lower, with 62% of the lots offered sold compared with 78% in February 2017, albeit from a smaller catalogue of 148 lots.
This week, 111 lots sold within the room and 22 were sold prior to auction.
The largest lot of the day was a two-floor terraced house in Battersea, which sold for £1m from a £810,000 guide price.
Another large lot, a plot of land in Beckenham, Kent, was not sold. The last bid for the 0.42-acre site, which had development potential subject to planning permission,was £3.3m.
