Barnett Ross is hoping to sell the most expensive single lot ever in the UK at its next auction in May.
The London-based auction house is marketing a residential estate of 65 flats and 30 garages in Finchley, north London, with a guide price in excess of £16m.
If sold for its asking price, the estate would set a new record as the largest lot ever sold at auction in the UK.
