Savills has launched a 169-lot catalogue for its next London auction, including a manor house in Norfolk that is being offered with a guide price of £1.2m.

The 7,820 sq ft Crimplesham Hall in King’s Lynn is being offered at the sale. As well as the main house, the property includes three apartments and a separate cottage, all of which are let and produce an income of £36,000 per year. It sits on five acres of land and is described as offering development potential subject to planning permission.
