Savills is hoping to tempt buyers with a large catalogue of 157 lots at its third national auction of the year on 9 May.
The properties range in price from £4,000 to £2.2m, and around a third are located in London.
At the equivalent sale in May 2017, Savills sold 134 lots from a 164-lot catalogue, reflecting an 82% success rate, and raised a total of £42.1m.
