Birmingham auctioneer sold 82 of 102 lots offered, including a Coventry warehouse that went for £770,000.

The Birmingham auctioneer sold 82 of the 102 lots offered on the day of the sale, which was boosted by a number of commercial assets that sold above their guide prices.

The auction house, which was acquired by SDL Group in 2016, last held a March auction under its previous moniker CPBigwood in 2012. In subsequent years, it did not hold a sale between February and May.
