SDL Graham Penny sells plot of land in Leicester five times above guide price

SDL Graham Penny sold a plot of development land for more than five times its guide price at its latest auction in Leicester.

The auction house sold the 0.37 acre site in Newtown Linford, Leicestershire for £123,000 – £103,000 above its reserve of £20,000 – at its sale on 14 June.

“This is a site situated in a popular and desirable location,” said Andrew Parker, managing director and auctioneer at SDL Auctions Graham Penny.
