Strettons failed to replicate its May 2017 results at its third auction of the year, despite selling a number of vacant houses in east London for more than their guide prices.
The London-based auctioneer raised £8.9m from the sale of 26 lots or 71% of the 37 offered at its 22 May sale.
Last week’s results were down on May 2017, when Strettons sold 90% of the 48 lots in its catalogue, raising £13m on the day.
