The south of England firm headed by then directors Mark Budden and Neville Thompson employed 25 staff at the time and had offices in Southampton, Portsmouth and Bournemouth.

Last month, CBRE acquired commercial property agency VSL and Partners in yet another consultancy acquisition for the company.

In February, it acquired retail agency CWM and last July it agreed to acquire a 60% stake in UK consultancy Turner & Townsend for £960m.
