CLS Holdings won permission to add more than 100,000 sq ft of extra office space to plans for its 1.5m sq ft Vauxhall Square mixed-use scheme, in place of a hotel.

Lambeth Council’s amendment to the existing permission increased the office element to more than 350,000 sq ft, alongside 454 flats in two 50-storey towers, 124 affordable flats, a 186-bed hotel and 39,800 sq ft of retail.

In April 2017, Chinese developer R&F Properties bought Vauxhall Square for £157.7m.
