Photography retailer Jessops secured an upgraded space in Soho with a move to Thor Equities’ 145 Oxford Street.
The store was located close to Crossrail’s new Tottenham Court Road station, which is still yet to be fully completed.
Speaking at the time, Joseph Sitt, chairman of Thor, said: “We are pleased to welcome Jessops to 145 Oxford Street, which is the ideal site for this high street retailer, due to its prime location”.
In March 2021, Jessops filed a notice to appoint administrators, hiring insolvency specialists FRP to advise on its restructuring options.
