Orion Capital Managers finalised its £209.5m acquisition of BT’s St Paul’s HQ, after a previous attempted sale to Great Portland Estates had fallen through earlier in the year.

One Braham

Orion leased back space to the telecoms giant, allowing it to remain in the building for 30 months.

At the time, BT was finalising the details of its lease at Aldgate Developments’ One Braham (pictured), which it is set to move into at the end of this year after more than 35 years in St Paul’s.

One Braham was acquired by German investor Union Investments this May for more than £429m.
