A joint venture between Knight Dragon, Lincoln Property Company and MGT submitted plans to build 500 new homes in the Greenwich Peninsula.
The partners were bidding for planning approval for a new development on the 150-acre south-east London site.
Last week, Property Week revealed Knight Dragon was intending to develop another 5,000-home neighbourhood on the peninsula.
Meridian Quays, a seven-acre mixed-use scheme with an estimated GDV of £2.5bn, is the latest instalment in the Greenwich Peninsula regeneration masterplan.
