The record field of finalists at this year’s RESI have been celebrated at the event’s launch party.

The party, hosted by Residential Land, brought the finalists together ahead of the sixth annual RESI Awards, which will be held at Grosvenor House on 10 May.

Ahead of the nominees having the chance to mingle with their peers and celebrate those who had a truly transformative 2016 in the residential sector, event host Bruce Ritchie spoke about the growing influence of the sector and the emergence of new players over the past 12 months.
