London-based planning consultancy, Quod, has today announced their acquisition of regeneration and development consultants Hunt Dobson Stringer.
Hunt Dobson Stringer, whose clients include prominent developers Land Securities, British Land and Hammerson will be integrated with Quod and will begin trading, solely as Quod, from 18 April.
The acquisition follows a long history of cooperation between the companies. John Rhodes, director of Quod, said: “We have been friends with Hunt Dobson Stringer for a long time and we have worked with them on a number of schemes - so we know that their expertise complements ours.
“Together Quod with HDS should be able to provide an unrivalled insight into what makes any development project successful.”
All staff from Hunt Dobson Stringer will relocate to the offices of Quod at 33 Cavendish Square with immediate effect.
