ServiceSource International has taken 40,000 sq ft of office space at The Chase in Sandyford, Dublin in one of Ireland’s biggest occupational deals this year.

The US company has agreed terms with landlord Chase Arkle, a joint venture between Derek O’Leary, Reg Tuthill and AIB Private Banking on behalf of some of its private clients, to take two floors at the building. It has agreed a ‘competitive rent’ on a nearly 10 year lease with a break option at the end of the sixth year. Parking for 36 cars has also been leased.

The Chase is located in at the suburban Sandyford Business Park in Dublin close to the M50 ServiceSource International’s acquisition of two floors is the first letting of space at The Chase, which has nine floors offering office space from 721sq.m to 16,300sq.m and 242 underground parking spaces.

ServiceSource International will relocate from its current office at Cherrywood, Dublin, which it occupies under a sub-lease from Lucent. It will move to the Chase in September this year.
