JV hands over 89-unit Kennington development as part of Southbank Place scheme

The development represents part of the affordable housing provision for Southbank Place, the major mixed-use scheme being developed by their Braeburn Estates joint venture on the bank of the Thames.

It marks the first time either of the partners have developed their own affordable housing, rather than making section 106 payments to the local authority.
