Native BTR business benefits from expert US help

New Native BTR director Tracy Peacock applies US insights to UK market.

Having built its reputation as an operator of serviced apartments for the corporate market, Native – formerly Go Native – is now moving into build-to-rent (BTR). Within the next two years, it will be operating 1,500 units across four schemes: Dalston Works in east London; Kampus in Manchester; Victoria Square in Woking; and Carolyn House in Croydon.

To drive the expansion push, it recently hired Tracy Peacock, who has 20 years of experience in the more established US multifamily housing market, in the newly created role of director of BTR.

Peacock joined the company from Lennar Multifamily Communities, where she spent three years bringing 2,100 units to the market. Prior to that, she leased multiple large-scale schemes for Lincoln Property and American Invsco.
