Project Etopia aims to deliver homes more cost-effectively using offsite construction
Community interest company Electric Corby initially secured planning for the development of 47 energy self-sufficient ‘eco-homes’ on the site in 2016, but failed to secure financial backing.
It is part of the wider Priors Hill Park, a 4,320-home development known for a celebrity advertising campaign in 2010 that dubbed the town, which is more than 70 miles north of the capital, ‘North Londonshire’.
