Telereal Trillium has secured planning permission to redevelop a former BT depot site in Hackney Wick into a residential scheme.
The proposed scheme comprises four buildings with 145 apartments, of which 50 will be affordable, on the 1.5-acre site on Fish Island.
In addition, the plans include 23,000 sq ft of commercial space at ground level, fronting the public realm.
