Why modular is the way forward for LoCal

LoCal modular construction

Director Alan Yates explains how the firm has made offsite manufacturing viable.

The 56,000 sq ft facility in Walsall, West Midlands, marks a significant step up in capacity that will allow LoCal to increase its production from 250 homes per year to around 1,000.

The company has used offsite construction modular homes for more than a decade and produced its own for more than five, making it one of the longest-standing modular developers in the market.
