Berkeley First unveils plans for key worker and student homes

The company has identified a site in Brentford for 232 key worker homes, 998 study rooms for students, 80,000 sq ft (7,432 sq m) of academic space and 6,700 sq ft (622 sq m) of shops and food-and-drink space.
