Buy-to-let landlords in the capital have lost an average £1,806 in rent, according to research from Landbay

Year-on-year rental growth in the capital in 2018 was as much as 4.15% lower than had been expected for his year in June 2016, before the EU referendum, according to buy-to-let lender Landbay’s latest rental index.  

Average annual rental growth in London’s property market slid from 1.26% in June 2016 to a low of -0.33% in June 2017.
