US residential restructuring

Square Mile Capital, the Kushner Companies and Apollo Property Management have restructured a US distressed 4,681-flat portfolio in the states of Ohio, Pennsylvania and Indiana. Occupancy across the portfolio had dropped to below 75% and new equity was required to reduce the $172m debt and to complete required renovations.
