Chorley Council has recommended to approve planning for the redevelopment of FI Real Estate Management’s (FIREM) Botany Bay site.
The plans include the redevelopment of 91 acres of land split by the Leeds to Liverpool Canal where FIREM plans to develop a 300,000 sq ft retail outlet village and up to 288 homes.
