Former Homebase store let to Lidl


Picton has leased a former Homebase store in Swansea to Lidl.

It will move from its existing 10,000 sq ft premises on the park and will pay a rent of £390,000. The lease is subject to five yearly RPI based rent reviews capped at 2% a year.
