M&G Real Estate and Guildford Council to form North Street partnership jeopardising Lend Lease recommendation

M&G Real Estate and Guildford Council have entered into talks to form a partnership to progress a retail redevelopment of the North Street site in the city centre, which could scupper earlier plans to appoint Lend Lease as a development partner.
