Praxis has bought a shopping centre near Newcastle for £30m in a deal that signals its intention to “invest aggressively in community shopping centres”.
The deal for the Blaydon Shopping Centre is the company’s third centre acquisition in 12 months, at a time when most investors are pulling back from the ailing retail sector.
