The countdown to the 2017 Property Awards has begun with the unveiling of our largest shortlist ever, covering 18 categories.
With several new categories for 2017, we had a record number of entries and it was tricky enough whittling down the long lists (two of circa 30) to shortlists but our associate editors Adam Branson and Guy Montague-Jones were up to the challenge.
We wanted to identify the best, not biggest; firms or individuals who had a truly transformative 2016.
The consensus was that the calibre of entries was even higher than last year, but with only one winner possible in each of the categories, victory will be hard earned come the night of 4 April at Grosvenor House. On the night itself, we will also crown the Property Personality of the Year and induct 3 more names into our Property Week Hall of Fame.
Don’t miss out on finding out who wins - there are still tables left at what promises to be yet another sell-out event, but they’re going fast so book your place at: awards.propertyweek.com/propertyweekawards2017/book-your-ticket-
