The site, located off Gatwick Road in the Crawley suburb of County Oak in Sussex, is fully let to aircraft component leasing and consulting business Aerfin, and has been built to a highly functional specification.

Acquired from Good Harvest Properties, it is Valor’s second scheme in Crawley. In January, Valor acquired 70,000 sq ft of fully-let, prime logistics units in a nearby site split across two units let to DPD and Fray & Sons respectively.

Cane Napolitano, principal at Valor, said: “The transaction benefits from access to both South London and the wider South-East commuter belt, underlining our commitment to acquiring high quality assets in competitive locations. With extremely low vacancy rates, limited regional supply, and a highly constrained development pipeline, Crawley is positioned to continue the strong rental growth seen in recent years”.

Doherty Baines represented Valor and Good Harvest was unrepresented.
