Investor David Pearl is no longer the preferred bidder to buy 148 properties in the UK from Kwik Fit
Property Week has learned that discussions with a view to selling the portfolio to the well known investor have terminated after a disagreement on purchase price.
The portfolio has since gone under offer to an institution and a deal is expected to complete in February.
Savills is advising Kwik Fit on the disposal.
