Agent Shelley Sandzer has been appointed by Derwent London to let part of the former home of Virgin Music at Portobello Dock.

The building, in Kensington, has been redeveloped as a mixed use property, with an 8,000 sq ft restaurant space available to let.

Other buildings within the scheme include the Canal building by Stiff + Trevillion Architects and refurbished offices.
