Warner Estate Holdings, the quoted co-investing property fund manager, has set up a Greater London office fund with Barclays Capital

The joint venture will invest in offices throughout London including the Greater London principal boroughs.

The fund will be seeded with two City office properties – the 98,477 sq ft (9,149 sq m) 55 Old Broad Street, EC2, and the 57,225 sq ft (5,316 sq m) Central House in Camperdown Street, E1 – bought by Warner earlier this month for £96m.

Both will be placed in the Greater London fund while Warner searches for more properties in the City and further afield.

The fund will be Warner’s fifth fund after Apia Regional Office Fund with Morley Fund Management; the Agora Max JPUT, a sub-regional shopping centre fund; the Agora shopping centre fund; and the Ashtenne Industrial Fund, co-managed with Morley Fund Management.
