Food markets and fitness classes top staff wish list

Amazon deliveries, fitness classes, food markets and regular massages top the list of services office workers want at their place of work, revealed a survey of UK office employees working in properties run by property management and proptech firm Equiem.

Of the onsite amenities, Amazon deliveries were most popular among respondents, cited by 60%. Also scoring highly were food deliveries to desks (44%) and dry-cleaning pick-ups (32%).

Onsite fitness activities and health and wellness services were popular – 55% said that they would like classes such as spinning made available, while just 9% said they did not want to participate in fitness activities at work.

Access to regular massages (60%), health checks (54%) and stress management (36%) scored highly in the health and wellness category.
