Shopping centre owner breaks ground on £670m Stratford BTR scheme in drive to add resi to malls’ offer.

When completed around 2023, Cherry Park – a joint venture between URW, Public Sector Pension Investment Board and QuadReal Property Group – will be one of London’s largest single-site build-to-rent (BTR) developments, with more than 1,200 homes.
