DTZ Research: UK Regional Cities - Q2 2011

Region-wide take-up increased 63% in Q2, driven by some large deals in Cardiff, Leeds and Nottingham. However leasing of smaller units is still the most active sector in the city centres. Regional office annual take-up is set to fall in 2011 with fewer exceptional large deals expected.
