NHS signs new letting at former House of Fraser in Metrocentre

Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust and Newcastle upon Tyne NHS Foundation Trust have signed a lease for a Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) in part of the space previosuly occupied by House of Fraser in Newcastle’s Metrocentre.
