Black Women in Real Estate (Associate Partner)

It is opening doors for endless opportunities for Black Women working in the industry. As a community, BWRE supports and encourages Black Women to bring their authentic self to work and give them the opportunity to thrive. As a collective it challenges the status quo, presenting black women as industry experts and increasing the number of black women represented in business, events, networks, and professional bodies.

BWRE recognises that Black women in the built environment industry often face systemic barriers to career advancement and professional development, and it strives to create opportunities for them to grow and sustain fulfilling careers. It raises awareness of the plethora of careers open to black women in the Real Estate industry, and offers a range of services specifically designed to support them, including networking opportunities, access to professional development resources, and mentoring and coaching programs.

By addressing the underrepresentation of black women in the built environment industry, BWRE is working towards creating a more diverse and inclusive industry. This not only provides Black women with opportunities for career advancement and professional development, but it also ensures that the industry reflects the society it serves. Ultimately, this will help to create more sustainable, equitable, and resilient communities.
