Time is running out to nominate candidates for our inaugural list of RESI Joint Victories, which will be unveiled at Property Week’s RESI Convention this September.

Have you been involved in a public-private, residential-led joint venture that you think is truly ground-breaking? Do you know of a scheme that fits the bill and has really raised the bar in terms of what a public-private partnership can achieve?

Then we want to hear from you - and to ensure we can, we have extended the deadline to the end of this week to get your entries in. 

You can also win when you nominate as all those involved in entering the scheme and being shortlisted will receive a free silver pass to RESI Convention.

For this shortened deadline, all you have to do is explain in 200 words why the joint venture partnership you are nominating should be shortlisted. To be eligible, joint ventures cannot pre-date April 2014 and should have been at least part-delivered.

The shortlisted schemes – five large (250 units or more) and five small (fewer than 250 units) – will be showcased at the all-new RESI Convention from 12-14 September.

Delegates will then be invited to vote for their favourite in each of the two categories and the two winners will be revealed at the gala dinner on Thursday 14 September.

Winners of the award will also receive a profile in a future edition of Property Week.
